DocQnet, in collaboration with its BEE partner OSBS, wins the tender to supply the governance and risk management platform to the Gauteng Department of Public Transport, Roads and Works.
Our first major success came in late 2004 when we supplied Interfile, who are the services company responsible for the SARS e-filing initiative, with their electronic document delivery platform. This was soon followed by a number of significant projects:
March 2005. In collaboration with UK business partners, Software Solutions Partners (SSP), DocQnet create a document management solution for the short term insurance industry in the United Kingdom. Over 100 clients to-date.
June 2005. DocQnet supply an electronic document management and document delivery platform to Harmony Goldmines (32 sites) in support of their Human Resources function. The system electronically indexes and records all HR and Payroll documentation (including faxes) affected by the movement of their workforce between the various mine shafts.
July, 2005. CARGILL, the largest privately owned business in the world and represented in 60 countries, chose DocQnet’s ECM solution for their primary business function - Contract Management.
July, 2005. DocQnet become a reseller of Enterprise Informatics eB one of the world’s leading EIM products.
February, 2006. DocQnet appointed as sole representative for eB in sub-Saharan Africa. DocQnet’s client base grows to more than 50 in Southern Africa.
