Conventional ECM solutions collect and archive documents for search and retrieval and provide process automation, but lack the ability to provide the inter-connectivity between structured and unstructured information. Our solution ensures the integrity of the controlled information by uniquely managing and connecting relevant information such as documents, records, assets, people, processes and projects. This unique attribute creates an ecosystem that allows rapid access to accurate information in context.

Records Management (RM)

The eB® suite also provides a RM module which further extends the functionality offered in order to deliver an integrated Document, Records and Configuration Management solution.

The RM module conforms to world leading records management standards and enables clients to define file plans, retention schedules as well as managing the disposition of declared records.
eB® enables documents, as well as physical items (products and assets), functional items (processes and services) to be identified, structured, managed and linked.
eB® provides all the  capabilities of a document management suite but goes beyond this by linking documents to items and by applying industry standard configuration management rules to control the effects of change and ensure information integrity.
The records management functionality of eB® supports the enterprise to achieve compliance with legal, regulatory, corporate, audit and quality requirements.
